For Alpha’s clients, the combination delivers a broader product offering, a stronger capital markets- and advisory platform across M&A and ECM/DCM, and access to Fearnley Securities’ international network.

All advisory activities will be organized within one unified Investment Banking Division at Fearnley Securities, leveraging the strengths, resources, and relationships of both firms. Existing mandates, relationships, and points of contact will continue without disruption.
